Lemon Chicken
1.
Raw material diagram. I thaw the chicken in the evening.
2.
Marinating: Put a spoonful of red wine, squeeze lemon juice onto the chicken, sprinkle a little salt, and potato flour.
3.
Marinate with lemon and red wine; can marinate for 20 minutes. Or if you have time to marinate for 1 hour.
4.
Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat and fry the chicken slowly.
5.
Wait until the chicken is slightly browned on both sides, then take it out and cut into pieces.
6.
Put a little oil in the pot, add shredded green onion and shredded red pepper to fry until fragrant; add the sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, a drop of rice vinegar, a little salt, and 2 spoons of sugar. A little potato flour. Put the chicken pieces in the pot and cook.
7.
Collect the juice on a low fire, and see if the juice is thick.
8.
Serve with roasted buns in the morning. The chicken is sweet and sour, and slightly spicy.
Tips:
The marinating time is a little bit more tasty. The chicken can be thinly sliced. The color is better with green pepper.
