Lemon Passion Fruit Chicken Feet

Cut the nails of the chicken feet and split them in half.

Put a green onion, a few slices of ginger, and a little cooking wine, put cold water into the pot, boil the water and cook on high heat for 8 minutes, then cover the pot and turn to low heat and cook for 15-20 minutes. When cooking, put cold boiled water in the freezer to freeze.

Rinse the cooked chicken feet with running water to clean the froth, add ice cubes until the chicken feet cool and pick up, then add the chilled cold boiled water, and freeze in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Dice the onion, dice the chili pepper, dice the coriander stalk, dice the garlic, dice the ginger, and squeeze out the whole lemon juice, and then dice half a lemon. Adjust the sauce well, and you can increase or decrease it according to your personal taste.

Take out the frozen chicken feet, soak in cold water for 10 minutes, remove the raw water, dry, add the stirred sauce, stir well, and keep in the refrigerator. Stir several times during this period. It tastes better if refrigerated for 24 hours.
