Lemongrass Grilled Chicken Wings
1.
Wash the chicken wings clean and cut a few knives on the back to make it tasty.
2.
Citronella peel off the old outer skin, and then cut off the white end part.
3.
Chop the lemongrass.
4.
Put the chicken wings in a clean container, add minced lemongrass, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine and mix well.
5.
Put it in a fresh-keeping bag, put it in the refrigerator, marinate for 1 day, and massage it 2-3 times in the middle.
6.
Arrange the chicken wings on the grill, and wrap the tips of the chicken wings with foil to prevent them from being burnt.
7.
Preheat the oven to 400F/200C, put the chicken wings in and bake for 20 minutes.
8.
Turn it over, brush with marinade, and continue to bake for 15 minutes.
9.
Brush with honey water and bake for 10 minutes on both sides to color. (Apparently, I used broil on low heat for another 5 minutes.)
10.
Very strong lemongrass flavor, I want to eat it again after eating it.
