Lentil Braised Noodles

Pinched lentils head and tail, washed and water-controlled, pig fat and thin slices

Put the oil in the pot, add the aniseed when the oil is hot, stir fragrant onion and ginger, add the meat slices and stir until the fat is part of the oil.

Add water and salt to the pot, chicken bouillon, soy sauce and soy sauce

I like to eat long lentils, if you like short ones, you can break them into small pieces when you wash them

Spread the noodles evenly on top of the lentils, cover them, I use an induction cooker, which is simmered over high fire.

When simmering for 15 minutes, stir the lentils, noodles, and meat slices with chopsticks, so that the noodles can be covered with the soup, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Tips:
Don't put too much water!
