Something like taste,
Will be hidden deep in memory.
Maybe you got to a new place,
Start a new life, adapt to the new environment,
But if you suddenly taste a familiar taste,
Thoughts and emotions will be instantly brought back to those familiar scenes.
The lentil braised noodles taste like this.

Lentil Braised Noodles

1. Materials are ready.

2. Heat oil in a pot, add half of the chopped green onion and minced garlic;

3. Add the tenderloin slices and stir fry;

4. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and salt when stir-frying pork slices;

5. Then pour in the green beans and stir well;

6. Pour the water over the kidney beans, cover the lid and bring to a boil, spread the noodles evenly on the kidney beans;

7. Cover the pot, turn to low heat and simmer for five minutes;

8. Open the lid, turn the noodles with chopsticks to make the taste even, then cover the lid and simmer for two minutes, until the soup is almost dry;

9. Sprinkle with minced garlic, shredded chili, chopped green onion, and drizzle with pepper oil;

10. Mix well and put on a plate.

Tips:

1. There is no pepper oil, you can use green pepper oil or sesame oil instead.
2. The stems on both sides of the kidney beans should be picked clean, so as not to affect the taste.
