Lentil Braised Noodles

Cut the pork belly into large slices, cut the garlic into minced garlic, break the beans into 5cm pieces

Heat the wok, add the pork belly and stir-fry until the meat slices change color, add the chopped green onion and ginger, add the carob segments

Stir-fry the beans until they change color, add soy sauce, sugar and salt to taste

Spread the cut noodles on the beans, add water (the water should cover the beans and just touch the cut noodles), turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes
5.
When the water is almost completely consumed, add minced garlic, stir-fry evenly with chopsticks and eat
