Lentil braised noodles and cowpea braised noodles are all "a meal-in-one" food that often appears on our dinner table in summer~! The summer lentils are especially green and soft in taste! In addition, cowpea is rich in protein and B vitamins. B vitamins can help the body regulate emotions and make the heat and irritability run away~ with a clove of garlic and a spoonful of rice vinegar for flavor and appetite!
The tired body after a day of work will really disappear because of this plate of lentil braised noodles~
Conveniently have a plate of cold dishes and a cup of mung bean soup. The taste from mother is so rich, nutritious and simple!
No matter how far I go, the scene I miss most is still sitting in the living room, and my mother is busy in the kitchen for the self who has just returned home. Sunlight came in from the kitchen window, looking at her busy back. How I hope that time will stop here, maybe, this is happiness.


Lentil Braised Noodles

1. Cut the pork belly into large slices, cut the garlic into minced garlic, break the beans into 5cm pieces

2. Heat the wok, add the pork belly and stir-fry until the meat slices change color, add the chopped green onion and ginger, add the carob segments

3. Stir-fry the beans until they change color, add soy sauce, sugar and salt to taste

4. Spread the cut noodles on the beans, add water (the water should cover the beans and just touch the cut noodles), turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes
