Lentil Braised Noodles

Cut the beans into sections, wash and drain. Just prepare a pound of noodles for 3 people.

Slice the pork belly, about 3 taels are about the same.

Cut an appropriate amount of minced garlic, prepare chopped green onion and minced ginger.

Sit in a hot oil pan, add a spoonful of cooking oil, heat up, add green onion and ginger until fragrant, then add sliced meat and stir fry.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine; some salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, a little sugar.

Pour in the beans and stir-fry evenly, then pour in boiling water that is level with the beans.

Then spread the noodles flat on the beans. Simmer the noodles for about 10-15 minutes. Cover the lid over medium heat. Watch the noodles every 3-4 minutes. Observe the soup. If the soup is almost recovered, it is ready.

Turn off the heat and pour minced garlic before starting the pot. Use chopsticks to pick up the noodles and mix well with the beans.

Top it with your favorite sauce and you can enjoy it beautifully.

I like to put some vinegar on it, it's delicious
