Lentil Braised Noodles

Chop the green onion and ginger, slice the meat, stir-fry the green onion and ginger in a wok with hot oil

Pour soy sauce and soy sauce and stir fry

Wash the beans, break into three parts, pour into the pot and stir fry

Stir-fry for a while, then pour warm water over the beans, add sugar and salt

Shake the noodles into small pieces and put them in a steamer

Put the steamer on top of the vegetable pot and steam for 10 minutes at the same time

Tips:
Steamed noodles and put them on the dishes are more chewy than directly put them on the dishes. The soup must be put in more to avoid that there is no soup and it will not be tasty.
