Lentil Noodle Soup

Wash the lentils, add doubled water and cook (about 20 minutes)

After cooking, drain the water and set aside

Peel and dice onion

Add butter to the pan, melted, add diced onion and fry until browned

Stir-fry with tomato sauce

Add the broth to a boil
7.
Add short dried noodles
8.
After the noodles are softened, add various seasonings and lentils
9.
Continue to simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat, then serve
