Lentil Roasted Pork

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Wash the lentils to remove the tendons, and slice the garlic.

Cut the lean meat into small pieces, add an appropriate amount of starch and water, and mix well.

Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

Add the lean meat and stir fry for about 10 seconds.

Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir fry for 10 seconds.

Add garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds.

Add the lentils and stir fry for 30 seconds.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook until the soup is 2/3 dry.

Pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly until the soup thickens and then turn off the heat.
