Lentil Stuffed Meat

Prepare minced pork and lentils

Wash the lentils and tear off the bean tendons on both sides, break the lentils on one side, add cooking wine, salt, and 10ml light soy sauce to the minced pork. Stir clockwise with chopsticks until it becomes sticky.

Then put the minced pork into the pods until they are all done

Pour the oil in the hot pan, add the lentils one by one in the warm oil first

Fry until the color changes on both sides, then add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce

Stir-fry evenly, add hot water, cover and turn to medium heat

Turn to high heat and add sugar when it is cooked through. After harvesting a thick juice, turn off the heat and bring out the pot

Sprinkle chopped green onion and turn off the pan after serving. It is super delicious.
Tips:
1. The minced pork must be seasoned and stirred until it is sticky, so that the minced pork tastes tender and not loose.
2. The tastes of each company are different, please season it according to your own taste.
3. Lentils contain toxic protein, so they must be cooked thoroughly before they can be eaten.
