Lentils and Chicken Drumsticks Rice

1. Drumsticks, carrots, lentils, spring onions and spare.

2. Cut the chicken thighs into pieces and blanch them in water. Dice carrots and set aside.

3. Wash the lentils and set aside.

4. Heat the oil, add garlic slices and sauté.

5. Add chicken nuggets and stir well.

6. Add wine and appropriate amount of soy sauce.

7. Add the lentils to the chicken and stir-fry evenly.

8. Add carrot pieces when the lentils are about to ripen.

9. Add the right amount of salt and chili sauce out of the pan, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
