Lentils in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients: net lentils, tomato juice, green onions.

Heat oil and sauté the chopped green onions.

Put in the lentils.

Stir-fry repeatedly until the lentils collapse.

Add tomato juice.

After boiling, season with salt and simmer for about 5 minutes.
7.
Add monosodium glutamate for freshness, stir and fry evenly and then turn off the heat.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
When cooking lentils, they must be cooked thoroughly before consumption.
