Lentils with Roasted Potatoes

Tear off the sides and wash the lentils.

Peel the sweet potato, wash and cut into hob pieces.

Remove the stalks of the green pepper, wash and cut into pieces.

The garlic cloves are also cut into slices together.

Put a tablespoon of peanut oil in the pot.

Put the garlic slices in and saute.

Add the lentils and stir until they become transparent, then add the sweet potatoes.

Stir-fry the lentils and sweet potatoes evenly, and drizzle with two tablespoons of soy sauce.

Then put in an appropriate amount of boiling water, half the height of the dish is better.

Sprinkle with two teaspoons of sugar.

Cover the pot and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer until the sweet potatoes are broken.

Add the green peppers and stir-fry evenly, then simmer for a while.

Sprinkle with a teaspoon of salt and chicken essence to taste.
Tips:
1. The sweet potato should not be too rotten, it is easy to not form.
2. If there is no sweet potato, the green pepper can be stir-fried with the lentils. If there is sweet potato, it will take a little longer.
