Lidong Dumplings

Add appropriate amount of water to flour and make dough and cover with plastic wrap

Mince pork belly, or mince with a meat grinder

Tips:
1. When adjusting the meat filling, you can add a little bit of extremely fresh or seafood soy sauce to improve the flavor and color.
2. Cook the dumplings, put the dumplings into the pot after the water is boiled, pour in cold water after turning it on, click twice and turn to the pot, the dumplings are cooked just right.
3. If the filling oil is soybean oil, it must be deep-fried and then added, otherwise it will smell of raw oil.
