Lightning Puffs

Mix milk, butter, salt, sugar, and bring to a boil over low heat

Turn off the heat and quickly pour in the flour and mix well

When the dough is not hot, add egg liquid and add in small amounts.

Stir until it is lifted with a spatula to form an inverted triangle

Put it into a piping bag, squeeze out the batter, put it in the oven at 190°C for 15 minutes, turn 180°C for 20 minutes
6.
Add custard sauce from the oven, squeeze the cream on the surface, and add the fruit to decorate.
