Lily Mixed with Parsley

Wash parsley and cut into sections, and wash lily into pieces

Pour the lily into boiling water and cook for a minute to remove
3.
Pour the parsley into boiling water to blanch, and pour a few drops of cooking oil and a little salt in the boiling water

Pour the blanched parsley into cold boiled water and remove it after cooling
5.
Put the blanched parsley and lily in a bowl
6.
Add seasonings: salt, sugar, sesame oil and pepper oil (optional MSG)

Just mix it well

Add some crushed red pepper to garnish
Tips:
It’s best to buy tender parsley. If it’s a bit old, you can remove the tendons and drop a few drops of oil and cold water when blanching the parsley to make the color of celery greener.
