Little Bear's Christmas Gift Bento
1.
Wash the rice, add appropriate amount of water, add two drops of dark soy sauce to color, and steam.
2.
Wash the chicken wings, remove the stalks of the shiitake mushrooms and beat them with a knife. Use salt, aniseed, cooking wine, dried chili, dark soy sauce and other seasonings to mix well, and steam them together with the rice.
3.
While steaming the chicken wings and rice, prepare the side dishes. The cherry radish is carved with a carving knife. If you can't cut it, you can just use a rice-shaped knife, and then add salt, sugar and white vinegar to season it. Kiss the intestines and cut them in half, then hit a rice knife, and boil the flowers in boiling water. Broccoli breaks the florets, washes them in salt water, blanchs them, and seasons them with salt and oil.
4.
Remove the ribs and cut the snow peas into sections, stir-fry in a wok, add salt and oil to taste.
5.
When the side dishes are ready, the rice is just steamed, let it loose and let cool, wrap it in plastic wrap and shape it into rice balls of different sizes. One big circle is a bear head, two small circles are ears, and two long bars are arms.
6.
The bento box is sterilized and dried with boiling water or white vinegar, and then a layer of lettuce is placed on the bear's head.
7.
The prepared broccoli is placed on top of the bear to fix the position of the rice ball.
8.
Place a layer of lettuce on the other layer of lunch boxes and put the steamed chicken wings with mushrooms.
9.
Finally, the fried snow peas are loaded, and the carved cherry radishes and intestines are placed underneath.
10.
Add salt and beat the two eggs, heat the jade pot on a low heat, then pour in the egg liquid, and slowly roll up from one end in a semi-solidified state.
11.
After rolling a layer, pour the egg liquid and roll it up again. Let cool and cut into sections.
12.
Carrot slices are cooked, cut into triangles to make Christmas hats, two round slices to make blush, and cut out long strips to make ribbons on the gift box. Cut thick eggs into pieces for gifts. Cheese slices make the brim of the Christmas hat and the bear nose. Cut out the eyes and nose of the seaweed, cut out snowflakes with snowflake seaweed, and stick them on the cheese slices. All the decorations are done.
13.
Add eyes and nose to the little bear, and put on a Christmas hat. The gift is placed in the blank space below, with arms on both sides. The snowflakes are scattered on the top of the head and in the side dish box, and all the modeling parts are completed.
Tips:
The bento box should be blanched with boiling water or wiped with vinegar before use. The side dishes should be filled. Learn to fill the gaps with shaped dishes. The selection of cute bento materials can be very random, the main course can also be according to your own preferences, and the side dishes try to find some brightly colored fresh vegetables to match. There is no fixed number of ways, but there is a principle, not soup. It is recommended that the main dish be made with a stronger flavor, and the side dish should be mainly cooked in salt water, so that it is light and nutritious, while maintaining a bright color. You can try to make more small shapes or use a flower knife to change the shape of the ingredients. Place the main dish in the middle when serving, and then fill the gap with the side dish.
