Little Yellow Croaker with Sauce

1. After the small yellow croaker is clean, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, and cooking wine, stir well, and marinate for a while;

5. Heat the pan with hot oil, put the small yellow croaker in the pan, fry it over medium and low heat until golden on both sides and remove;

6. Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic, soaked cowpea, and pickled pepper separately;

12. Put in the fried small yellow croaker;
