The leftover juice from the braised goose is a good choice for noodles. You can cook it and mix it for a simple and quick breakfast.

Ingredients

Lo Mein with Goose Sauce

1. Prepare the required materials.

2. Wash the lettuce, wash the shallots and cut into sections.

3. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil, then add the dried noodles.

4. Scoop the cooked noodles over cold water.

5. Then pick up and drain the water.

6. Blanch the lettuce in a pot.

7. Pour goose juice into the pot and boil.

8. Pour the cooked noodles.

9. Then add the boiled lettuce and shallots.

10. Finally, add a little salt to taste and mix well.

Tips:

When cooking the noodles, be careful not to cook too softly. If it is too soft, the noodles are easy to rot.
