Long Beans in Cold Dressing

Wash the beans and remove the head and tail.

Cut into pieces.
3.
Put water in a hot pot, add the beans when the water is boiled, and blanch for five minutes to remove.

Run it twice with cold water.
5.
Control dry water.
6.
Add, minced garlic, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, vinegar, sesame oil, white sesame seeds and stir well.
7.
Place on a plate and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
