Long Beans in Cold Dressing

Add water to the pot, boil and put in the washed long beans. Cook for about five or six minutes. It doesn’t take too long to cook. Unlike kidney beans, it will be poisoned if they are cooked too soft. OK, let it cool after cooking, cut into sections and serve on a plate for later use.

Put the sesame juice, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and sugar into a small bowl, add a tablespoon of cold boiled water, and stir well.
