Long Cowpea with Minced Meat

Tips:
1 Stir-fry the softened cowpea and minced meat in the microwave for a longer time, which will absorb more meaty flavor and be more delicious. This will not produce soup, but the effect is very good. 2I like darker minced meat. If you like lighter minced meat, just use soy sauce.
