Long Li Fish Tofu in Claypot

Dice the lactone tofu.

Cut the dragon fish into small pieces, add a little salt and black pepper, mix well and marinate for about ten minutes.

Dice the tomatoes, blanch the green beans in a pot of boiling water and remove them for later use.

Slice the green onion, ginger, and garlic, and cut the dried red pepper into small pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour in the longli fish and stir fry until the color changes, then pour out and set aside.

Add the diced tofu, cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
