Long Liyu in Tomato Sauce
1.
Wash the tomatoes, use a cross knife on the top, fry the soup in hot water, and peel off
2.
Cut into cubes, nail size
3.
Wash the longli fish, drain the water, and cut into pieces. A slightly larger one will taste better.
Add cooking wine, thirteen incense, minced ginger, marinate in a small amount of salt for 20 minutes
You can also shred the green onion ginger and soak it in a small amount of water to make the green onion ginger water, too lazy to do so.
4.
Oil, sauté scallions
5.
Add 9-tenths of diced tomatoes, stir fry, add appropriate amount of water and simmer for 30 minutes
6.
After cooking, add fresh chili and tomato sauce to see if you add salt.
7.
Pour in the marinated longli fish and the remaining diced tomatoes, and cook for about 5 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.
8.
Turn off the heat, serve, and sprinkle with chives
Tips:
The tomato soup must be simmered in place, or the soup taste is not full.
Long Liyu should not be cooked for too long.
