Longyan Cordyceps Food Recipe: Stewed Abalone with Mushroom and Cordyceps

Soak the abalone and sea cucumber with warm water, wash, and cut into long strips.

Wash the mushrooms and cordyceps soak in warm water.

Place all the ingredients in the stewing pot, add the clear chicken broth, cover the stewing pot, and stew in water.
