When I was young, I always drank the loofah and egg soup made by my mother at home. Now I have left my mother, and occasionally relive my mother's taste by myself. The girl still likes to drink it now!

Loofah and Egg Soup

1. Prepare a piece of loofah (I used half a piece here), an egg, ginger, and green onions.

2. Cut the loofah into small pieces, beat the eggs, cut the green onions into chopped green onions, and 2 slices of ginger.

3. Turn on the fire and put a little oil in the pot.

4. Fry the egg into yellow on both sides and pour in appropriate amount of water

5. Add ginger slices after boiling water

6. Then put in the loofah

7. Add chopped green onion, a pinch of salt and light soy sauce

8. Get out of the pot, let's have a meal!
