Lotus Chestnut Meat

Prepare the shiitake mushrooms, pork belly, and chestnut.

Add oil to the wok and stir-fry with sugar until bubbling and coloring.

Add pork belly, shiitake mushrooms, and chestnut, stir fry for color.

Add water over the meat, add soy sauce, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, rice wine, spices, and simmer for about 20 minutes until the chestnuts are fully cooked.

Let the lotus leaves soak in water for about 10 minutes to wash.

Tips:
Don’t cut the pork belly too small, lest the chestnut is cooked and the meat is too rotten
