4.
Add green beans, diced carrots, corn kernels and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.
5.
Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and a little salt. Adjust the amount of salt according to the amount of rice and your own taste. Sausage is also salty. You can taste it. It's a little bit salty because you need to mix rice.
6.
Pour the fried ingredients into the rice and mix well. I use a rice cooker to simmer the rice. It contains less water than usual, and the rice is slightly harder.
7.
Soak the lotus leaves in hot water to soften them and remove the dry water.
8.
Put the mixed rice in the middle of the lotus leaf
9.
Wrap the rice with lotus leaves and close the mouth down.
10.
Put the wrapped lotus leaf rice in the steamer and steam for 20 minutes.
11.
This packet of lotus leaf rice has the salty fragrance of sausage, the fresh fragrance of shiitake mushrooms, and the delicate fragrance of lotus leaves.
