Lotus Root Meatballs

One section of lotus root, fresh meat 200G, green onion 40G, ginger 20G, one egg for spare.

Wash the lotus root and peel it.

Chop into the end.

Finely chop scallions and ginger.

Fine meat, minced.

Pour into a large bowl.

Add starch, five spice powder, salt, soy sauce.

Add eggs.

Stir it into a paste.

Use a spoon to round the meat paste.

Heat the oil pan and add the meatballs.

Medium and small fire, slow frying.
13.
Deep fried into golden brown.

Just fish out.
Tips:
Don't make the small meatballs too big, fry them slowly, and they will cook easily.
