Lotus Root Stew
1.
Plum meat cut into pieces

Add the seasoning and stir well and marinate for 20 minutes

Stir-fry garlic and onion in hot oil in a pot
4.
Pour in the cut plum meat
5.
Pour the vinegar and light soy sauce with sugar
6.
Pour in the lotus roots and carrots, pour in water and cook for 30 minutes

Pour in salt, pepper and green onions, stir fry evenly, out of the pan
