The power went out today and I can’t cook rice. Let’s have a bowl of love egg and vegetable noodles! I usually eat noodles when I don’t know what to eat at noon. The main reason is that cooking noodles is convenient and fast, and the nutrition is also good. There are eggs and vegetables. As long as they are cooked well, they will not be greasy.

Loving Eggs and Vegetable Noodles

1. Prepare ingredients: 1 ham sausage, 3 Shanghai greens, 1 egg, appropriate amount of Lao Gan Ma, appropriate amount of dried noodles

Tips:

1. When using ham sausage as love, you can first put the ham sausage in boiling water and blanch it for a minute before bending it into a heart shape, so that it will not break easily.
