Lucky Fortune --- Chestnut Dongpo Meat

Prepare the ingredients and wash them all, (I forgot to shoot the rock sugar)

Put the meat in a pot of cold water, cook for 10 minutes, remove the blood

Scoop out and cut into small pieces about 5 cm

Wash the shallots, beat them into rings and spread them into the bottom of the pot

Spread the sliced pork belly on the green onion rings, skin side down

Put in cinnamon star anise one by one

Put ginger slices in order

Spread the remaining shallots on top of the meat

Put in rice wine

Put in soy sauce

Put the chestnut

Finally, put in rock sugar, cover the lid of the pressure cooker, and the pan will start in 25 minutes

Put the small rapeseed in boiling water and boil it out

After boiling, add small rapeseed to garnish
Tips:
1. I use a pressure cooker and the cooking time is about half an hour. If you use a casserole to make it, it will take 1 hour.
2. Do not pour a drop of water in the production process. If you are worried about the lack of water, you can add more rice wine in an appropriate amount
3. If the shallots are replaced with red shallots, the shallots taste better
