Luncheon Meat and Egg Fried Rice

Rinse the green peas and carrot diced with water.

Chopped green onions.
3.
Cut luncheon meat into small cubes.
4.
Put oil in a nonstick pan, fry the eggs and set aside.

Using the remaining oil in the pot, fry the green peas and carrot diced until they are broken.

Pour in rice and stir fry, while sautéing and crushing.
7.
Add luncheon meat and eggs and stir-fry.

Add the light soy sauce and sugar and stir well. (Luncheon meat is relatively salty, adding some sugar can neutralize it and increase the flavor. You can leave it if you don’t like it)
9.
Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir well.
10.
The color, fragrance and taste are complete.
