[ma Ma Kitchen] Stir-fried Broccoli with Shrimp

Blanch the broccoli in boiling water. Add a small amount of salt to the boiling water and put the fried vegetables in cold water to better maintain the nutrition of the vegetables

Blanch carrots, the same steps as the first step

Drain the vegetables and set aside

Add oil to the net pot. Add the chopped green onion and garlic cloves and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour in a small amount of cooking wine and salt, and continue to stir-fry until the shrimp is completely discolored. When the cooking wine evaporates, the fishy smell of shrimp can be taken away.

When broccoli is fried, there is no water, and I personally like the soup to be more juicy, so I pour a small amount of hot water, and then add the broccoli and carrots and stir a little.
