Make Unusual Ribs at Home-----oil-free Smoked Ribs

Wash the ribs, add thirteen spices, salt, cooking wine, ginger slices, and green onions to marinate for 20 minutes.

Put the marinated ribs in a pot, add water to submerge the ribs, add green onions, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, pepper, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, and salt.

After the water is boiled, simmer for about 45 minutes, then pick up the stewed ribs and set aside.

Add 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of tea, and half a spoon of rice to the pot.

Tips:
