Mango rice is a classic dessert in Thailand, a must-eat dessert when traveling to Thailand. The glutinous rice is soaked in coconut milk and steamed with fresh pandan leaves. It is topped with sugar coconut milk and eaten with mangoes. It is soft and sweet, very delicious. A big mango from a friend, just make a simple mango rice without pandan leaves!

Ingredients
