On the surface, this dish is very similar to Mapo Tofu, and the recipe is similar to Mapo Tofu. It’s just that I replaced the tofu with taro. It tastes different, so I will introduce it to everyone. "

Mapo Taro

1. Wash a big taro

2. Peel the taro and cut into pieces (I probably used half of it, don’t cut too much)

3. Add water to the pot, add the taro and cook for 3 or 4 minutes, until half cooked

4. Cook and remove for later use

5. Chop garlic into minced meat, mince meat into minced meat, and chop white scallion into mince

6. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot to heat up

7. Add green onion and minced garlic and saute until fragrant

8. Add minced meat and stir fry

9. Add 2 spoons of spicy beef sauce (you can use Pixian bean paste or other similar sauces instead)

10. Add water to boil

11. Put the taro after boiling

12. Add a little cooking wine, light soy sauce and salt to taste, cook for 3 minutes

13. Prepare the right amount of water starch and pour it into the pot to thicken

14. Gorgon juice wraps the taro and sprinkles with chopped green onion
