Mapo Taro

Wash a big taro

Peel the taro and cut into pieces (I probably used half of it, don’t cut too much)

Add water to the pot, add the taro and cook for 3 or 4 minutes, until half cooked

Cook and remove for later use

Chop garlic into minced meat, mince meat into minced meat, and chop white scallion into mince

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot to heat up

Add green onion and minced garlic and saute until fragrant

Add minced meat and stir fry

Add 2 spoons of spicy beef sauce (you can use Pixian bean paste or other similar sauces instead)

Add water to boil

Put the taro after boiling

Add a little cooking wine, light soy sauce and salt to taste, cook for 3 minutes

Prepare the right amount of water starch and pour it into the pot to thicken
14.
Gorgon juice wraps the taro and sprinkles with chopped green onion
