Tofu is the best food source of calcium for humans. It is suitable for all ages. According to different places, peppers and Chinese peppers can be placed appropriately and have balanced nutrition. It is also a good meal. It is easy to learn for people without cooking foundation.

Mapo Tofu

1. Homemade internal fat tofu

2. Cut the tofu into 1 cm square pieces and soak in warm salt water for 10 minutes

3. Wash the whole lean meat and chop it.

4. Put soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, Cifen, white sugar.

5. Stir all the ingredients evenly and marinate for 5 minutes.

6. Cut various ingredients.

8. Saute all the ingredients over low heat until fragrant.

9. Stir-fry the marinated meat continuously.

10. Fry the minced meat until fragrant and dry.

11. Put in the prepared Cifen water.

12. Boil Cifenshui above the minced meat.

13. Put the dried tofu on top of the soup.

15. Drain the soup over high heat.

16. Stir-fry on high heat for 5 minutes, add Cifen water again.

17. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

18. Heat the juice for 2 minutes.

19. Put the mapo tofu into a pot and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Tips:
