Mapo Tofu

Prepare the ingredients.

Soak the tofu into light salt water for ten minutes.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the minced meat and stir-fry to change the color, add the cooking wine and stir well.

Add the green onion, ginger, garlic, and Pixian bean paste, sauté until fragrant until the red oil appears.

Add appropriate amount of water, add salt, light soy sauce, and thirteen incense.

Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
