Mapo Tofu

Put oil in the pot, add chili powder and pepper powder and saute until fragrant.

Add the minced pork, add soy sauce, bean paste, and sugar and stir fry.

Pour in cubed tofu and stir fry for color.

Add water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Thicken cornstarch, pour it into the pot and continue to stir fry. Collect the juice over the fire.
6.
Sprinkle with pepper powder, chopped coriander, and chopped shallots on the plate.
Tips:
The amount of chili powder put in the beginning directly affects the spiciness you want. If you prefer spicy, remember to put a lot of pepper powder. You can add more sugar to increase the taste.
