Mapo Tofu

Cut the tofu into the size of sesame sauce. Mix the three fat and seven lean pork with salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and starch, and chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic.

The tofu is soaked in boiling water with salt to prevent it from breaking during the firing process.

Heat a pan with cold oil, add the minced ginger, minced garlic, white onion, and dried chili until fragrant.

Add the meat and fry until the color changes.

Stir in the bean paste, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and cooking wine until fragrant.

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water.
