Mapo tofu, one bite down, tender and refreshing, spicy and delicious!

Mapo Tofu

1. Cut the tofu into cubes, half smaller than this, I made it at will

2. Cut the chili into sections, ginger foam, Chinese pepper, and heat the oil and put it in

3. Add the Pixian Douban and when the red oil is cooked, add the minced meat and stir fry

4. Add tofu, half a bowl of water, add oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence, garlic froth, soy sauce, and simmer for 3 minutes

5. Starch, water, mixed powder

6. Starch water, pour in, stir fry, collect juice, and wok

7. Sprinkle chopped green onion and finish

Tips:

1. Be sure to add oyster sauce!
2. Put the minced garlic when the tofu is cooked, and put it in advance without the fragrance of garlic;
3. Home-cooked dishes, please follow the steps to try them. The taste is very good. This is one of my favorite dishes.
