Mapo Tofu

Slice the garlic cloves, cut the ginger into shredded ginger, sauté in a frying pan until fragrant

Add ground beef

Stir-fry the ground beef until fragrant

Add bean paste, oyster sauce, a little dark soy sauce, chili oil, pepper oil, a little chili pepper, and stir fry

Add water, cover and simmer for a while

Add tofu (you can blanch the tofu before adding tofu, I didn’t blanch it for simplicity), add salt, chicken essence

Don't stir fry the tofu too hard, so as not to break it, add water, cover the pot to simmer the tofu, add water starch to thicken the tofu, and add green onions
8.
Put the tofu out of the pan, gently pick up the tofu, and then pour the remaining sauce and ground beef on the tofu
