Mapo Tofu

Cut the tofu into 1.5cm squares and salt it for half an hour

A little oil, sauté on low heat until fragrant, mash it, and put it on the marinated tofu

Heat a moderate amount of oil

Add shredded ginger, minced dried chili, minced garlic, stir-fry slightly, add minced beef, and fry until fragrant

Add the marinated tofu and stir fry carefully

Add a small bowl of boiling water, add dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cover and cook for 3 minutes

Add the cornstarch water to collect the juice, add garlic leaves, chicken essence, spicy and fresh,

Stir-fry well, out of the pot
Tips:
Add enough salt when marinating the tofu, it’s a little bit salty, and you don’t need to add salt for the beef at the back.
