Mapo Tofu

Stir-fry the fragrant pepper and dried chili with hot oil in the pot

Remove the pepper and chilli to keep the base oil
3.
Pour in bean paste, soak sea pepper and stir fry until fragrant
4.
Pour in green onion, ginger and garlic, stir fry evenly, add salt and chili noodles, pour in water
5.
Pour the tofu into a boil, pour in the prepared seasoning
6.
Add garlic seedlings to thicken the garlic twice
7.
Thicken the tofu in three times
8.
Pour a little bit of red oil out of the pot and serve on a plate
