Marinated Barbecue

Prepare a piece of pork belly and wash it with water.

Cut the meat into thin slices and put it in a clean glass bowl. I also left the fat. The barbecue requires a little fat to be delicious. If it is all lean, it will be older if it is grilled.

Cut the onion into small pieces, finely chop the onion and garlic, and pour them into the meat together with the seasoning.

Mix the meat and seasonings by hand.

Cover it with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours, then take it out and put it on skewers and bake it.
