Marinated Braised Chicken Wings

Ingredients: chicken wings, seasoning: oyster sauce, Thai sweet and spicy sauce, salt, light soy sauce

Wash the chicken wings. Make some cuts with a knife to make it easy to pickle and taste.

Add sweet chili sauce.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Add a little light soy sauce and salt, and mix well.

Marinate for more than 2 hours. Stir in the middle.

Put the marinated chicken wings into an electric pressure cooker.

Then pour the pickled sauce into the pot.

Select the meat button, after SAIC, simmer for 10 minutes, then it can be turned off.

Tips:
1. There is no Thai sweet chili sauce, tomato sauce can be used, but the taste is slightly inferior.
2. You can also put it in the refrigerator when pickling, more time is better.
3. The amount of sweet chili sauce and oyster sauce should be 1:1, and the salt should be less; use light soy sauce to adjust the consistency.
