Marinated Chicken Feet

Prepare raw materials: chicken feet, spring onions, ginger;

Cut off the toes of the chicken feet, wash them, and put them in a boiling pot; then put in water, ginger slices, and cooking wine; without a cover, boil in cold water;

Remove the blanched chicken feet and rinse them;

Put the shallots in the bottom of the pot;

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, rock sugar, chicken powder;

Re-adjust an appropriate amount of water;
7.
Add the chicken feet, turn to a low heat and simmer for 15 minutes;
8.
After the chicken feet are cooked, slightly reduce the juice on medium heat;
9.
Turn off the heat and spread out.
