Marinated Chicken Gizzards

Clean the chicken gizzards and drain the water

Add star anise cinnamon and fragrant leaves to the water and boil

Add ginger to remove fishy

After the water boils, add the chicken giblets, add the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, millet pepper, put the chicken gizzards in a lid, and simmer on a medium-low heat for 30 minutes

Add sesame oil and pepper oil to the pot, slice the chicken gizzards, stir fry, add a little bit of brine and vinegar, add soy sauce if it is not salty enough.

After turning off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds and mix well.
